The key ingredients. We reformulated to use newer raw materials and to improve how the product performs. It is as mild as before: both formulas are free from SLS and use a milder foaming agent. The texture has changed a little: the shampoo is now a clear gel, and the conditioner a white cream, like most conditioners.

The new pack is sturdier and less likely to leak on long journeys, and the clear outer wrap keeps the bottle clean until it reaches you. The seal is tight to stop leaks in delivery; if it is hard to open, ease it carefully with scissors. Once the bottle is half empty and the conditioner comes out slowly, store it upside down with the cap tightly closed.
