Are your products lab-tested?
Yes, safety is our top priority. We engage different independent laboratories in Singapore to ensure that each product is safe for pregnancy, breastfeeding, and your little ones. We also carry out tests to guarantee quality and efficacy.
Are your products natural?
We believe in harnessing the power of nature, which is why our products are enriched with carefully selected and hand-picked natural ingredients. You can learn more about the natural ingredients we use on each of our individual products’ pages.
Are your products Halal certified?
Yes! All our products are made with ingredients of halal origin and certified halal. However, the only exception is the Mama’s Choice All-Purpose Disinfectant, which is not certified halal.
Where are Mama’s Choice products made?
Mama’s Choice products are designed and lab-tested in Singapore but manufactured in Indonesia. This is to ensure that we are able to provide our Mamas with quality, safe and effective products that are accessible to all Mamas. Our Mama’s All-Purpose Disinfectant Spray, on the other hand, is 100% made in Singapore.
Can Mama's Choice products be used all throughout the pregnancy?
As a brand dedicated to Mamas, we are committed to ensuring our products can be safely used from the first trimester to well beyond a Mama’s breastfeeding journey. Apart from our Relaxing Massage Oil and Herbal Oil, which we do not recommend for prenatal massage during the first trimester and on the last month of your pregnancy, all of our products are safe for both pregnant and breastfeeding Mamas.
Are your products organic?
Mama’s Choice products are not organic, but we guarantee that we use as many natural ingredients as possible that are clinically tested and proven effective.
From what age can I use Mama's Choice Baby products?
Our baby products are specifically formulated for newborns and up, except for the Mama’s Choice Baby Moisturizing Hand Gel. We recommend this for babies 6 months and up. For proper use of each of our products, you can refer to our individual product pages or the back of the product label.
How long do Mama’s Choice products last?
Each product varies depending on the batch number and the date it was manufactured. For accuracy, we recommend that you look at the expiry date on the packaging of your Mama’s Choice product. We also strongly recommend that you use the product before the said expiry date.
Orders & Payment
Do you accept Cash On Delivery (COD)?
No, we do not accept Cash On Delivery at the moment. All payments have to be made prior to delivery via our online payment gateway.

Customers can feel safe when making their purchases in our website as all our transactions are SSL encrypted.
Shipping & Delivery
What is your shipping provider and what is the shipping cost?
We currently work with J&T express Singapore and they provide local doorstep delivery within 1 - 3 working days.
We provide free shipping for orders over $20. Otherwise, customers will be charged with a shipping fee of $2.50 per order.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Customers can expect to receive their orders within 2 - 5 working days time.
How can I track my orders?
Our shipping provider provides a tracking service for all our parcels. Upon receiving the customer's parcel, they will send an email containing the tracking ID.
Simply log on to https://jtsvip.jtexpress.sg/#/service/instanceExpressTrack and enter your tracking ID to track your parcels.
Can I modify my shipping address?
For customers who need to modify their shipping information after their order has been placed, please do contact us as soon as possible.
Please kindly note that shipping information cannot be modified once the parcels have been submitted to our shipping partner.
Do you provide international shipping?
Unfortunately, we do not provide international shipping at the moment. If you would like to be informed when we provide international shipping, please kindly subscribe to our newsletter here.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return/exchange policy?
We will provide customers with a 7-day grace period to ask for a return of their purchase if the products haven't been opened yet and are still in their original packaging. This 7-day period will commence when the order has been placed. Exchanges will be done on a case-to-case basis. Kindly fill out our Contact Us form if you need an exchange to be done.
How can I ask for a return?

How long does it take for a refund to be issued?
It will take approximately 5-7 working days for the refund process to be complete. Please use our Contact Us form when you wish to get a refund for your purchase
Are delivery charges refundable?
Any original shipping charges incurred during the point of purchase will be non-refundable
