No, we do not accept Cash On Delivery at the moment. All payments have to be made prior to delivery via our online payment gateway

Shipping & Delivery

We currently work with J&T express Singapore and they provide local doorstep delivery within 1 - 3 working days.

We provide free shipping above $20 worth of purchases otherwise customers will be charged with a shipping fee of $2.50 per order

Customers can expect to receive their orders within 2 - 5 working days time.

Our shipping provider provides tracking service for all our parcels. Upon receiving the customer's parcel, they will send an email containing the tracking id.
Simply log on to and enter your tracking id to track your parcels.

Customers who need to modify their shipping information after their order has been placed, please do Contact Us as soon as possible.
Please kindly note that shipping information cannot be modified once the parcels have been submitted to our shipping partner.

Returns & Exchanges

We will provide customers with a 7 day grace period to ask for a return of their purchase if the products were yet to open and still in their original packaging. This 7-day period will commence when order has been placed. Exchanges will be done on a case by case basis. Kindly Contact Us if you need an exchange to be done.
